We have also developed comprehensive portals providing customers with useful tools to analyse their callspend and manage their inventory. Useful ‘threshold analysis’ tools help customers to identify and track callspend that exceeds their expected level, offering a valuable insight to facilities managers.
Other sytems developed include an application designed to analyse call files supplied by Tier 1 carriers to check for over charging on their bills. This proved significant over charging for some clients, enabling them to return to the carrier and demand a refund.
