12 Steps To Make Your Online Product Sell Fast!

Are you an internet marketer? You may have created digital products or have bought in private rights to ebooks — but still struggling why no much sales.

The following are some of the factors that you need to consider in overall design and marketability concept of your product.

1. Your headlines should create captivating factual data by using numbers instead of general categorization and create a sub-heading for your headlines. Most of the great headlines have this factor.

2. Include written, video or recording testimonials from your satisfied customers. This helps build credibility and assurance from your customer that they are dealing with a legitimate merchant.

3. As a rule of the thumb, use white background, no flash animations and use the standard Arial, Verdana or Times New Roman fonts.

4. Create a sense of urgency or scarcity on the product. You can specify that you only allow 500 sales so as not to saturate the market (if you are giving Resell rights) or you can use a date countdown and the price will increase from this date onwards, etc.

5. If you are selling a software, ensure that you have highlighted customer support for installations or queries. Is the upgrade lifetime? Do they need to pay for the upgrade? How to install to your MySQL database? Is installation manual or video included? Who to contact if I need help? etc.

6. To add credibility, always include the endorsements and logo of internet authority sites like Trust, Better Business Bureau, etc.

7. BEFORE you show them the “buy now” button, inform them the product price, what are the mode of payments (2checkout, Palpal, clickbank, or e-gold, etc), how is the download format (.doc, .pdf or .exe file), how big is the file, etc. I have encountered sales copy with no price indication at all and they only provide the price when you are already atthe credit card fill-up form page. I find it unethical, dishonest and annoying.

8. You can include “Forum or Customer’s Only Discussion Board” online for your customers to communicate about yourbusiness or similar information. This is especially helpful if your product is a software or a business support that requires customer interaction.

9. Publish newsletter to keep your customers informed of important or helpful information related to their purchase and to keep them informed for your new products.

10. Let them know where to reach you. Include your email address or office telephone number or you can direct them to your helpdesk link. Again, I have encountered great product with no customer support link or contact information from its merchant. Do you have peace of mind? I bet you won’t buy at all.

11. When necessary, include free/bonus ebook, software or reports to compliment their purchase. Almost always, buyers buy because of the free gifts. Always remember to include the price value of your free gifts.

12. Always include Terms Of Service, Copyright Policy, Anti-Spam Policy and Earning Disclaimer, when necessary.

Hope the above guides can help you in your product sales preparation.
